Blog, or something

  • Welcome back
I wonder how my birds see the world. For their whole life, I've been this weird ass animal that is solely responsible for bringing them water and their favorite food, then I lure them into a weird thing and lock them up when everything gets dark. They've seen me carry off their dead sisters and I take their "offspring." I just wonder if they have the mental capacity to see me as some sort of God/leader, or if they just see me as a pain in the ass that also happens to be the only reason they can drink.

Also this blog will be more for random thoughts than actually writing about my life like my last blog. Hopefully

I've had this thought for years:
I'm really interested in psychedelic mushrooms in human history.
Like, in my mind you'd just be walking around eating mushrooms and berries just like any other day. Since mushrooms take ~30 minutes to start being noticeable, and about an hour before they become impossible to ignore, I just think about how many humans just started tripping balls "out of nowhere" and not even considering that one type of mushroom out of the dozens they always eat caused it.
I bet all kinds of pagan religions would have been born by one guy or a group of people eating a normal meal of mushrooms, berries, and meat, then an hour later they start "talking to spirits" and feeling "life" pour out of everything around them.
Obviously I know that tons of cultures eventually figured out the "spiritual power" of psychedelic plants eventually, but I wish I could learn more about the one-off random trips that just confused the fuck out of whatever poor monkeyman accidentally ate them.
Also it would be really funny to go back in time and give them harder drugs like meth and nitrous just to see what they'd do. Imagine a bunch of hairy dummyed apes sitting in a peace-circle around a can of galaxy gas, passing balloons around while holding them up to the sun like it's some kind of holy blessing.

Dolly (favorite dog btw) keeps barking at the sound of the wind blowing through the corn, and it's funny seeing all the dogs join her for a second before realizing she's barking at nothing.

My niece asked me to sit in the dog cage with her, so I did. Then she said she'd be right back, but as soon as she left she locked the fucking cage and ran away laughing.
I got conned by a fucking 3 year old...

I've had shadilay stuck in my head for almost a full month now. I've never even listened to the full song once in my life and I have no idea how it entered my mind.

Just remember that some random cacaot took a picture with me at a slayer concert and probably posted my face uncensored. My opsec has failed.

I've been completely obsessed with the story of the jews, a nomadic people with God helping them fend off empires and great cities, so I tried to find a Civilization mod that lets me play through that story
This was in the description for the first mod I found, and I cant stop laughing at ts

This verse is just fucking hilarious. I'm just imagining a clueless ox sitting there with a crowd full of angry jews grabbing stones as if the ox is a person.

Nearly ALL of my birds escaped and i found them just chilling in my driveway. They're all back/accounted for, but it was a nice suprise to see a small party outside of my kitchen window

Gotta be honest chief, that's what your instincts are for, you don't need a bible
Instincts are easier to over power than the shame I would have felt for disappointing God.
Albeit I was probably just a dummyed teenager and knowing God probably wouldn't have stopped me at the time, sadly.
